Terms of use
Use RxTray as a transparent reference—not an independent clinical decision-maker.
These terms govern access to the public RxTray website, calculators, reference tools, content, and related software.
Last updated July 21, 2026 · Effective July 21, 2026Acceptance
By accessing or using RxTray, you agree to these terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Intended use
RxTray provides general informational and educational support for healthcare professionals and other adult users. It does not diagnose, prescribe, create a clinician-patient relationship, or issue a medication order. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, direct patient assessment, current labeling, validated institutional systems, or local policy.
Your clinical responsibility
You are responsible for verifying the patient, inputs, units, timing, formula, population, exclusions, output, source currency, and applicability before relying on any result. Independently confirm information that could affect care. Do not delay emergency evaluation or treatment because of this site.
No patient identifiers
Do not enter protected health information or other identifiers. RxTray is not a patient record, communications platform, or HIPAA-compliant storage service.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the public site for lawful personal, educational, and internal professional purposes. You may not misrepresent an output as a diagnosis, prescription, verified order, or substitute for required review; interfere with site security or availability; introduce malicious code; use automated access in a way that impairs the service; or reproduce RxTray branding or content in a misleading or unlawful product.
Intellectual property
RxTray's original design, branding, explanatory text, compilations, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Equations, guidelines, product labels, citations, and third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and attribution requirements. A citation or link does not transfer ownership or imply endorsement.
Availability, updates, and errors
The service may be changed, restricted, corrected, or discontinued. Clinical sources and recommendations change, and the site may contain errors or become temporarily unavailable. Version and review information should be considered part of the tool, not decorative metadata.
Third-party links and commercial content
RxTray is not responsible for third-party sites. Any future advertising, sponsorship, or affiliate relationship will be governed by the Advertising Policy and does not constitute a clinical endorsement.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RxTray is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for a specific patient or decision.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the RxTray site operator and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on an output that was not independently verified. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and severability
Material revisions will be dated on this page. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. No automated system may silently change these terms.
