Release checks
Each tool is checked for source fit, wording, intended population, exclusions, units, boundary behavior, and reproducible calculation or decision-rule behavior—not only whether the arithmetic returns a number.
Versioned publication
Material changes to equations, interpretations, source sets, or clinical scope receive a new version and update date. Possible errors are handled through the published corrections process.
