Clinical or calculation concern
Record the tool name, page URL, concern, expected behavior, source when available, and a reproducible example using fictional values only. Do not include patient names, dates of birth, record numbers, images, or any other protected health information. A dedicated correction-submission channel will be added separately; the tool-request form should not be used for urgent safety reports.
Accessibility feedback
Record the page, browser, assistive technology when relevant, the action you attempted, and the barrier encountered. Accessibility concerns are treated as product defects.
Privacy, advertising, or legal request
A direct monitored email and the legal operator identity will be published here before RxTray introduces advertising, accounts, or payment features. Tool-request submissions are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Emergency and patient-specific questions
RxTray cannot respond to emergencies or provide patient-specific medical advice. Contact local emergency services, the appropriate poison center, prescriber, pharmacist, or specialty service.
